Waybiller can be used through a browser as well as on a smart device. However, it is more convenient and often necessary (e.g. for drivers) to download an app that is available for free and works on both iOS and Android platforms.
All packages contain basic functionalities. The plans differ depending on whether it is the sender, the transport company or the recipient. When choosing the right plan for your company, we recommend contacting our sales team to specify the choice and map out your needs. You can change your plan after signing the contract – just let us know about the necessary changes and give us time to implement those changes.
The contract is open-ended, which means there is no specific expiration date or duration set for its validity. As long as both parties continue to fulfil their obligations and agree to the terms outlined in the contract, it remains valid.
However, it’s important to note that you have the option to change the contract if there is a need. This flexibility allows for modifications or adjustments to be made based on evolving circumstances or requirements. If you wish to terminate the contract, you must provide the Waybiller team with a notice of termination at least one month in advance. This advance notice allows the Waybiller team to make necessary arrangements and prepare for the contract’s conclusion in an organized manner.
