Accounting Integration Specialist
As the Waybiller product complexity and conquered marketing areas are growing, we are looking to join forces with an Accounting Integration Specialist, who will be the key person responsible for welcoming new customers and integrating them into our processes.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with new potential customers to fully integrate Waybiller into their daily work;
- Help new customers to integrate Waybiller with their ERP and accounting software;
- Prepare comprehensive technical analysis for necessary integrations and agree on budget with customers;
- Give input to Waybiller developers about necessary extra developments required in connection with the integration;
- Help 3rd party developers to use Waybiller JSON REST API.
You will be a great fit if you have
- Knowledge of how the accounting systems work;
- Experience in integrations (accounting, ERPs, different APIs);
- Experience in managing IT projects;
- Passion for digitalising the logistics industry;
- Driver’s license and readiness to travel (abroad) for client meetings;
- Fluency in Estonian and English.

Norwegian Country Manager
As the Waybiller product complexity and conquered marketing areas are growing, we are looking to join forces with a Country Manager in Norway, who will be the key person responsible for leading the market, developing and nurturing critical relationships that will grow our business.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with new potential customers to fully integrate Waybiller into their daily work;
- Find potential clients and create a client base
- Organize and lead sales meetings
- Create presentations and introduce the product
- Give input to Waybiller developers about necessary extra developments required in connection with the integration;
- Write analysis and estimate of costs of the necessary integrations & agree on the budget with the customer;
- Create documentation of the integration
- Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems.
You will be a great fit if you have
- At least two years of experience in sales and management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Norwegian
- Strong communication skills and technical know-how;
- Organizational skills — you’ll be working with many customers, and you’ll need to have expertise in place to keep all of their needs organized;
- Result-driven mindset, not stopping after facing several obstacles;
- Passion for the digitalising of the logistics industry.

Full-Stack Developer
Waybiller is a software that provides an easy-to-use e-waybills solution for logistic companies. To fulfil the increasing demand of our customers, we’re looking for an ambitious, visionary and experienced Full-Stack Developer who could help us to develop, manage and grow the Waybiller product.
Responsibilities
- Creating servers and databases for functionality
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones
- Ensuring responsiveness of applications
- Meeting both technical and consumer needs
You would be a great fit if
- You have proven most of the world’s problems to be solvable with Python
- Docker is not a blocker for you
