You’d be a system architect in some ways, helping us excel with our product.

Additionally, you’ll be involved in planning the features, helping to keep them as generic as possible and have input on the direction we take the product. You’ll be joining a small but fast-growing team.

Responsibilities

• Analysing technical challenges and prioritising them based on their impact;
• Working closely with the Product Owner – analyzing new features and creating technical tasks for developers;
• Leading the engineering team to improve innovation, speed of delivery, business responsiveness and creative efficiency;
• When enough time, then hands-on digital product development (Python, Django, REST, React.js, SQL and Docker) – to have a better understanding of the codebase;
• Creating and overseeing high-level KPIs;
• Growing best practices within the development team.

As the Waybiller product complexity and conquered marketing areas are growing, we are looking to join forces with a Country Manager in Norway, who will be the key person responsible for leading the market, developing and nurturing critical relationships that will grow our business.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with new potential customers to fully integrate Waybiller into their daily work;
• Find potential clients and create a client base
• Organize and lead sales meetings 
• Create presentations and introduce the product
• Give input to Waybiller developers about necessary extra developments required in connection with the integration; 
• Write analysis and estimate of costs of the necessary integrations & agree on the budget with the customer;
• Create documentation of the integration
• Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems.

You will be a great fit if you have

• At least two years of experience in sales and management
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Norwegian
• Strong communication skills and technical know-how;
