Truck Scales by Waybiller: Automate Your Weighing Process
Recording weighings manually makes the process prone to mistakes and there is no good way to find and work with historical weighing log data.
Recording weighings manually makes the process prone to mistakes and there is no good way to find and work with historical weighing log data.
Our solution replace paper logs with a fully digital, automated weighing process. A camera automatically reads every truck’s licence plate and the scale captures a stable weight. Each weighing is saved with a precise date and time stamp and a photo of the vehicle. All information: weight, licence plate, timestamp and photo is stored in a secure cloud‑based log that you can access from any device. When the system is connected to Waybiller’s e‑waybill platform, a second weighing automatically creates a digital waybill and prints a delivery note for the driver.
Licence‑plate recognition automatically reads and records every truck’s licence plate.
Stable weight capture sends the weight directly from the scale to Waybiller, eliminating manual input.
Timestamped logs save each weighing with a precise date and time.
Photo evidence provides a picture for every weighing, offering proof and deterring fraud.
Automatic e‑waybill generation creates and sends digital waybills when connected to the e‑waybill module.
Instant online access stores all weight, plate, photo and timestamp data in a cloud log accessible from any device.
User‑friendly management lets managers view all weighings, search by date or truck and export data.
Eliminate manual errors by automating every weighing and removing handwritten slips.
Speed up operations and process more trucks per hour.
Real‑time visibility with live scale status and camera feed so the operator isn’t tied to the scalehouse.
Lower costs through reduced administrative work and paperwork.
Compliance and security thanks to saved photos, accurate logs and the ability to control site access and meet weight limits.
Seamless integration via a public API that connects to any truck scale or ERP system.
Scandagra Eesti AS, Estonia’s largest animal feed producer, used paper waybills, phone calls and manual data entry, which led to double work, errors and limited visibility across its grain logistics. By implementing Waybiller’s e‑waybill platform with automated weighbridge integration, the company digitised its transport documentation and processed nearly 15 000 e‑waybills in just six months of 2025. The new workflow delivers real‑time visibility and saves about 5.5–10.5 working hours each week during peak season; manual errors have dropped and staff can focus on higher‑value tasks.
