In the Privacy Policy, we explain what data we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are to protect your data. We follow what is described in this Privacy Policy to ensure that your privacy is respected when you use our services.

The information we collect includes both information that you knowingly and actively provide to us when you use our Services and all information that your devices send when accessing our products and services.

Waybiller processes personal data primarily for the purpose of providing the service you have chosen, but also for collecting feedback about the service and improving the user experience and for marketing purposes.

Customer support data and correspondence are also collected, e.g. to resolve disputes and service quality issues. Your name, phone number and email address are used to communicate with you, e.g. to keep you informed and to inform you about important service news. 

We may use the information we collect for a variety of purposes, including:

  • To collect statistics so that we can provide better services and/or offers and to understand and analyze the behavior of the visitors of our website

We only work with trusted partners and authorities and only share data when there is a reasonable reason to do so, and we restrict data sharing to only the data needed. Waybiller shall ensure that the relevant sub-processors are subject to the same data protection obligations as in these Terms and Conditions. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that the processing meets the requirements of the applicable law. 

We do not transfer personal data without the customer’s prior consent to countries that are not in the European Union/European Economic Area or in the list of countries that ensure adequate personal data protection assessed by the European Commission.

2.5 Retention of personal data

We will retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and for the activities related to the provision of the service. We will retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (e.g. when we need to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), to resolve disputes, and to enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Please note that removing the Waybiller app from your device will not result in the deletion of your personal data. 

3. YOUR RIGHTS
When you provide personal information to us, you understand that we collect, hold, use and share it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 

You have the right not to share your data with us, knowing that this may affect your experience while using our services. 

You have the right to request details of the data we collect about you. You have the right to ask us to verify or correct information that you think is incorrect or incomplete. If you believe that the information we have collected about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading, please contact us, and we will do everything in our power to correct the information.

You have the right to request the removal of your data from our databases and the right to prohibit or restrict the processing of your personal data, unless it is necessary for the performance of a contractual requirement, including the provision of a service. If you have previously consented to share your personal information with us for marketing purposes, you retain the right to change your mind at any time. 

When we receive personal information about you from a third party, we will protect it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the law of the Republic of Estonia. When sharing third-party data yourself, you confirm that you have the right and permission to do so.

If you believe that we have violated any relevant data protection law, please contact us using the contact details found in this document and provide us with all the details of the breach. We will investigate your complaint and respond to you in writing, providing the results of the investigation and the steps we will take to resolve your complaint. You also have the right to contact the regulatory authority or data protection authority.

The security of your personal data is important to us. Waybiller OÜ will take all reasonable and necessary measures to ensure that your data is processed securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the law of the Republic of Estonia. 

We do our best to protect your data, but remember that no method of exchanging information online or electronic storage method is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee the complete security of the data.

5. REFERENCING OTHER WEBSITES 

On our website you may find links to other websites that are not owned by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be redirected to that third-party website. We strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the privacy policy of each site you visit.

We do not have any control over third-party sites and do not accept any responsibility for their content, privacy policy, services provided etc.

6. UPDATES

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect our data processing practices or other changes. When updating, we will update the last modified date. The current version can be found on our website www.waybiller.com

If you visit and use our website even after the privacy policy has been updated, we will treat it as your tacit consent to the changes.
